Placing an Order
You place an order by completing the checkout process:

Pricing & Payment
- All prices on the Site are listed in PKR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as [prepaid options — cards/online banking, if applicable].
- For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery. We may require advance/partial payment for high-value COD orders or after repeated refused deliveries.

Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan through our courier partners. Delivery timelines shown on the Site are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, courier delays, or other factors outside our control.

- Risk in the goods passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided.
Exchanges & Returns
All purchases are governed by our separate Return & Exchange Policy, available on the Site. In summary: exchanges (not refunds) are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined there.
